Process of Return:
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it accurate.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products (special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 7 Business Days time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

What is your return & exchange policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so if you’re not happy for any reason, we’ll accept returns within 10 days of receipt. Please keep the product unused, with the tags and original packaging intact. Once returned, you’ll receive a refund back to the original payment method, or you’ll receive wallet credit if you paid by COD.
How do I return a product?
Returning a product is simple. Visit the Returns section on hob.fashion, and make sure the item is unused with the original invoice and tags. Select the return product from the return section to proceed with the process.
How will I receive my refund for returned or canceled products?
For returns, you’ll receive wallet credit, which you can use for your next purchase. If you’ve canceled an order, your refund will go back to the original payment method, or you’ll receive wallet credit if you paid by COD.
How long will it take for me to receive the refund of my returned product?
Once we receive your returned product, it will go through a quality check and then we’ll process your refund. This takes 4-5 business days if the item is picked up by our courier partner.
How do I redeem my wallet credits?
To use your wallet credits, simply log in with your registered email or mobile number. At checkout, your wallet credit will automatically apply to your order as a discount coupon, making your shopping experience even smoother.
