What is your cancellation policy?
We know plans change. If you need to cancel an order, you can do so from the website before it’s packed. If it's already packed, we may not be able to cancel it, but we’ll always try to assist you. Just reach out to us at help@hob.fashion or 18003091345.
How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, just go to the Order section on the website and cancel the order, or contact us before it’s packed by emailing help@hob.fashion or calling 18003091345.
When will I receive my refund after cancellation?
For prepaid orders, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. If you paid via Cash on Delivery, then you will receive a refund in wallet credit within 1-2 days. For account transfer contact us at help@hob.fashion or 18003091345.
